1. Overview
The chain scraper (oil) machine is a supporting equipment for the air flotation unit in sewage treatment. It is a professional product developed by our company and is designed to be used in conjunction with various air flotation equipment. It is specifically designed to remove oil, gel, and suspended solids from industrial and urban sewage. Especially suitable for scraping off floating slag generated in flocculation treatment processes. It applies the principle of chain transmission and can be installed according to different civil engineering requirements of users. According to the quality of the treated wastewater and the added chemicals, the scraping speed can be adjusted to achieve scraping tasks with minimal power consumption.
The chain scraper (oil scraper) has the characteristics of adapting to local conditions, flexible slag removal control, stable operation, convenient operation, simple maintenance, and long service life.
2. Working principle
The chain scraper (oil) machine continuously removes suspended solids floating on the water surface, moves along the entire liquid surface, and pushes the suspended solids from the inlet end to the outlet end of the air flotation tank. The scraper of the scraper (oil scraper) is fixed at both ends of the chain, and the scraper (oil scraper) is driven by a sprocket transmission device driven by a stepless speed regulator. The scraper (oil) moves along the entire width of the groove, scraping pollutants into the slag discharge groove.
3. Installation of the machine
3.1 The driving shaft and the driven shaft must be on the same parallel line. Install the driving shaft first, and then install the driven shaft.
3.2 The sprockets must be in the same straight line. When installing, first fit the chain onto the sprocket of the driving shaft, fix the driving shaft, and determine the installation of the driven shaft based on the length of the chain. The chain sequence must be consistent, and the nylon interlocking blocks that fix the scraper must be aligned in both directions.
After the installation of the two shafts and chains, install the bracket joint.
3.4 After the installation of the joint is completed, install the scraper.
Install a continuously variable speed controller according to the on-site situation and connect the steel chain.
3.6 After the installation of all joints is completed, check the tightness and parallelism of the joints in each part, and power on for trial operation.
3.7 The continuously variable speed controller must be powered on for speed regulation. The chain scraper (oil scraper) has a linear speed of 5.16-25.8m/min per minute (adjusted according to the site conditions).
4. Machine maintenance and upkeep
4.1 The machine should be maintained and serviced, refueled in a timely manner, and any malfunctions should be promptly resolved.
4.2 The running in period of the machine is one month. At that time, the chain scraper (oil) should be drained, the gearbox lubricating oil should be disassembled for flushing, and the oil should be replaced.
4.3 Under normal operating conditions, the continuously variable speed regulator uses specialized continuously variable speed regulator synthetic oil. The first oil change time is 500 hours, and the oil should be changed every six months thereafter. Users need to reserve synthetic oil, and the speed regulation machinery factory guarantees the supply.
4.4 Use an oil gun to drip 20 # mechanical oil onto the steel chain once a week, in an appropriate amount.
